So it may take up to 2 weeks until you receive your order. However, most orders ship on the day the order is placed and arrive within 1 week. Small orders ship USPS First Class and can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders by the Case Ship UPS Ground.

If you find any defect in the product, you may return it at any time and request a replacement ball. Simply mail your ball to contact info on home page. Upon receipt, a new ball will be shipped.
